The event will be led by Jim Turner (SHU) & Karen Wright (UCLAN), with multiple different presenters on the day
What it is?
It is a place to develop and share qualitative research conducted by , and with, mental health nurses.
Who is it for?
Anybody interested, for example: academics, practitioners, service users, students, from any University or Service.
What happens?
There will be 4 speakers each with their own presentation.
Presentation 1: Tricia Hughes – Quiet students In Nurse Education: What are their experiences with the curriculum.
Presentation 2: Janet Garner – Achieving PARITY: Co-creating an impact measure for a service user and carer involvement in pre-registration nurse education
Presentation 3: Leila Sharda – A narrative synthesis using the normalisation process theory coding manual for qualitative research as an analytical framework
Presentation 4: Emma Shiel (PGR Student) – Back to the Future: How can enrolled nurses (mental health) experience of education and training inform nurse associate and other programmes
