Excel is limited when it comes to carrying out statistical tests so using specific software for statistics such as jamovi, SPSS, SAS or R is recommended. Jamovi is the simplest package to learn and is free.
Jamovi can be download from https://www.jamovi.org/ or accessed through AppsAnywhere for use on managed computers.
In this workshop we will cover aspects such as getting data into Jamovi, editing data, summary statistics and carrying out tests such as Chi-squared and T-tests. Please attend the Hypothesis testing introduction workshop for more on interpreting the results.
