Mental Health and Learning Disability Research Network – 2023 Workshop

Building on the success of 2022, the organisers wish to invite you to this 2023 event.

 

Mental Health and Learning Disabilities (MHLD) affect many people over their life course and within SHU there are several people involved across the Colleges in MHLD research and activities.  The co-ordination group, including researchers from each Research Institute, invite interested colleagues from across SHU to join in to hear about:

 

Why Mental Health Learning Disabilities (MHLD) is a research Priority

What research we know is currently happening across SHU

Where the opportunities for collaborative and interdisciplinary research are

How to develop links to MHLD teaching and practice

 

This event is open to researchers of all career stages, SHU Colleges, Research Centres, and Disciplines interested in getting involved in research related to Mental Health Learning Disabilities.
