This person is an asset in the classroom, a natural academic they are selfless and patient when helping their peers.
They effectively collaborate with others to confirm learning, their calm leadership style has a positive effect on their peers especially when the modules become more challenging.

What was the impact?

This person’s actions demonstrate to others that we are a team which encourages others to help the rest of the course. The course works better together because they are more willing to help each other when it is difficult. When the trainees perform well it inspires more confidence which allows individuals and the team to stretch themselves to achieve better results on the course.

How it inspired others

This person inspires others to help their course mates in the classroom fostering a sense of cohesion within the cohort. Their actions demonstrate that it is not detrimental to their own learning to assist other in fact the opposite is true, those that are exposed to more problems are better equipped to problem solve and deal will issues when they arise, this inspires the course to help others when they are struggling. Furthermore, having helped others they are more willing to assist you when you come up against a problem.
