Inside Academia are publishing a series of articles from members within the community, in which they describe the experiences they came up against, how it affected them physically, mentally and emotionally, and how they overcame such experiences. They hope these articles will serve as a point of support, an outlet for expression and a learning resource for the community. Additionally, Inside Academia are also looking for people to share their experiences of the front line of academia and research (students, academics, support staff, conference organisers, etc) for series 4 of their publications. They are trying to change the culture of academia that surrounds mental health, mindset and psychological performance. To do this, stories from the front line are the best resource.
