As we head towards the summer months of June and July, we’re pleased to bring you information about events coming up from the Doctoral School and Sheffield Hallam Researcher Development (SHaRD) Programme.
The inaugural Creating Knowledge Conference will take place on Monday 18 June – but the deadline for registrations is 1 June. Please use the following link to book your place: Booking Link
We will also be holding an online Twitter chat focussing on Wellbeing matters. Details are to follow about this event, including how to submit a question, but we anticipate that this will take place during w/c 18 June 2018.
Coming up on 5 July is our event on “Demystifying the Doctoral Viva”. This is a chance to find out more about what happens at a viva and ideas on how to prepare for this. Further information and the booking link can be found on the calendar.
The regular Shut Up and Write! sessions will be taking place at City and Collegiate campuses – why not book a place and reserve some time for completing some writing.
Colleagues in the Converis team are also running an Ethics Training session – a topic relevant to everyone conducting research, so have a look at the workshop and book a place if you’d like more information or a refresher on using the Converis system.
