Three Minute Thesis – SHU Final

Three Minute Thesis (3MT) is a competition developed by the University of Queensland which challenges doctoral students to present a compelling spoken presentation on their research topic and its significance, in just three minutes.
We are holding our 2017 3MT competition on 27 June – please come along to support your friends / colleagues / students in the competition or just to be entertained and learn something new!
Our 8 finalists have been selected via heats at City and Collegiate campuses and represent research areas across the University:

The event will also incorporate a discussion on research communication and engaging different audiences with your research.
