Join us for a film night with a difference, as SHU PhD students pick a film to introduce their topic.

Find out what inspired their research and discuss them together over popcorn!

This month we’ll be watching Ken Loach’s critically acclaimed ‘I, Daniel Blake’ and discussing what the reality is for people who claim benefits and what it could be.

The film will be introduced by PhD Student Sophie Negus at 5.15pm.
