Speakers include: Dr Simon Hartley, Author, sport psychologist and podcast host. Simon has spent the last 20+ years working with world-class athletes and business leaders, using his exceptional insight to give real-world practical solutions. Professor John Neal, currently Head of Coaching Performance for Welsh Rugby and previously Head of Coach Development for the England Cricket Board. John, and his son, Professor Max Neal, will discuss the importance of failure from a neuro-science perspective. Dr Samuel West, Creator of the Museum of Failure. Dr West will discuss why the very best embrace failure and its essential nature. Josh Quigley, World Record Holder Endurance Cyclist. Josh has been featured on the BBC and recognised around the world for his incredible feats. Josh is no stranger to failure however and will discuss how he has used failure to help him succeed in his incredible adventures.
