EVENT FOR CCRI PGR STUDENTS ONLY

Thank you to all CCRI research students who completed the Postgraduate Research Experience (PRES) and Annual Feedback and Monitoring (AFME) Surveys for 2021-22.  There was an impressive response rate of 70%, so we have lots of important and meaningful feedback about student experience on the programme to help us understand what is working well and areas for improvement.

We would now like to invite all CCRI students to join us for a workshop so you can have a say in setting our priorities and action plan.

We will:

– Share the survey results for CCRI and benchmark data – so you can see how student experience in CCRI compares to the rest of SHU and nationally.

– Explore some of the PRES topic areas with you in more detail so we can better understand your experience and expectations, what is working and why, and what might make a positive difference.  For example (but not limited to), what are you looking for in a suitable working space on campus?  What are your expectations about support for your health and wellbeing; what does the university do well and what could it do better?  We’d like to hear more about the research communities and group activities that you take part in and are important to you.

– Did the surveys capture what you want to say, or would you like to take this opportunity to discuss other topics?
