3MT® 2022 Competition Briefing Session
30 March 2022 @ 14:00 - 15:00
Three Minute Thesis (3MT®) is a research communication competition that challenges doctoral researchers to explain their research and its significance in just three minutes with just a single slide and no props. It is a great way to hone your skills in responding to the question of What is your research about? in a succinct and engaging way.
This year’s SHU 3MT® competition will be via video entry with a heat stage in early May and the live final during the Creating Knowledge Conference 13-15 June 2022. To find out more about the competition please visit the 3MT Competition 2022 page on the Doctoral School blog.
To find out more about the 2022 3MT® competition, the support available and to hear the personal experiences of the 2021 SHU winner Katie Mills and the 2019 SHU and National Winner Shruti Mandhani please book a place at the first of our 3MT Support Sessions ‘What to Expect’ taking place on Wednesday 30 March 2022, 1400 – 1500.
To enter the competition, you will need to submit a title and short abstract by 19 April 2022 via the Expression of Interest form.
