Doctoral researcher gives vote of thanks to Kofi Annan

A doctoral researcher from the University has given an official vote of thanks to the former Secretary-General of the United Nations, Kofi Annan. Herine Otieno-Menya, currently studying for an EdD in mathematics education, gave the presentation on the first day of the Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU) Conference of University Leaders in Accra, Ghana.
