SHU’s Directorate of International Development presented doctoral student Mootaz Salman with a certificate for his role in organising the first Higher Committee for Education Development (HCED) conference for Iraqi scholars which took place in May in London. The award is a recognition of Mootaz’s efforts to support and deliver this high profile conference.
