Design Futures Packaging team success at the UK Packaging Awards 2023

Congratulations to the Design Futures Packaging team, who have had another successful evening at the UK Packaging Awards.

The Design Futures Packaging team were shortlisted earlier in the year in two categories for the UK Packaging Awards 2023.

The UK Packaging Awards 2023 ceremony took place in London on Thursday 12 October 2023 at Grosvenor House on Park Lane, and this year the Design Futures Packaging team won in the ‘Corrugated: Online Retail and Consumer Goods’ Quality Award category for their innovative packaging design for local chocolate company Trupig Vegan.

They were also highly commended for the ‘Design Team of the Year’ Performance Award.

Congratulations to John Kirkby, Steve Battle, Nick Waddington, Nicola Alexander-Lovell, Sarah Beattie, Natalie Turner and Kate Philp!

The Design Futures Packaging team is consistently recognised as one of the best packaging design teams in the country, having won ‘Design Team of the Year’ in 2015, 2017, 2019, 2020 and 2021. Since first entering the UK Packaging Awards in 2015, they have also been recognised for their innovative concepts and expertise in more sustainable packaging solutions, winning ‘Resource Efficient Pack of the year’ in 2020.
