Dr Simon Polovina chairs ‘From Industrial Revolution to Digital Innovation’ – Friday 26 January 2018
On Friday 26 January 2018, Dr Simon Polovina will co-chair a Digital Innovation Event for the Global University Alliance at Birmingham City University.
The event ‘Industrial Revolution to Digital Innovation’ is for executives, industry practitioners, academics and researchers alike, and has been designed to provide insight and knowledge sharing of how digital innovation and transformation is impacting various industries.
Today, the industrial revolution and digital adaption has already become ground zero for a new phase of global innovation powered by technology, and generating significant economic opportunities for businesses and reshaping entire industries.
We have gathered international speakers from around the globe to share the newest forces and disruptive trends, and share innovative technological adaption that will fundamentally alter the way we live, work and relate to one another. In its scale, scope and complexity, the transformation will be unlike anything humankind has experienced before.

Founded in 2004, the Global University Alliance is a non-profit organization and international consortium of university lecturers and researchers whose aim it is to provide a collaborative platform for academic research, analysis and development of leading practices and best practices as well as missing practices within all of the many different Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Modelling and Enterprise Engineering domains.

Cost: Academic members of the Global University Alliance may attend free of charge. The fee for industry practitioners only is 49 Euros which includes food, snacks, refreshments and handouts. The cost will be invoiced to you by email.
