Harriet Earle talks to BBC Radio to discuss the Beano comics ahead of the 85th anniversary

Dr Harriet Earle is a Senior Lecturer in English and Creative Writing at Sheffield Hallam University. Dr Earle’s research focuses on representations of conflict and trauma in visual culture, especially comics.
