Together in the City – Ark Sheffield project featured in the Sheffield Star

Together in the City

Ark Sheffield, led by Dr Tom Payne and Dr Julia Udall, has been featured in the Sheffield Star. The project features an ark which will travel through Sheffield before a performance at the Crucible theatre highlighting people’s fears and frustrations around the climate crisis. Ark is a is a cross-cultural community conversation about climate change featuring participatory activities throughout March, leading to a large-scale event at The Crucible on 06 April 2022 as part of Together in The City. Together in the City is the culmination of a year-long programme of activity supported by the Garfield Weston Foundation, whose funding has enabled wider development of Sheffield Theatres’ participation projects within local communities.
