Practitioner Research Learning and Teaching Research – Call for Papers

  • Are you a practitioner engaged in MBA, Professional Doctorate or PhD research?
  • Are you a scholar who is collaborating with practitioners involved in knowledge exchange or
    action-orientated research?
  • Are you an academic engaged in research into learning and teaching, pedagogy, curriculum
    development or evaluation?

With the conference theme focusing on ‘Mind the Gap – Bridging Theory and Practice in the post Covid era’, show casing and discussing practice-based research is a priority for this conference. The UFHRD international conference is proud to maintain a track to share and debate practitioner research from the perspective of:

  • Practitioners who work and research with the aim of bring about change in national and
    international work organizations of all sectors, sizes types
  • Practitioners in HE focusing on developing their own and organizational practice in learning
    and teaching.

We seek empirical and conceptual contributions by those involved in researching practice in either context with the aim of ‘minding and bridging the gap’ and the creative integration of thinking and doing.

We have two alternative tracks:

  • Practitioner-researcher track
  • Learning and teaching track
