Dr Hussain Alhejji is an Assistant Professor in Human Resource Management at the Gulf University for Science and Technology in Kuwait. His research focus on diversity training design and outcomes, gender equality and international human resource development. He is a member of the editorial advisory board at the European Journal of Training and Development. Hussain has authored a number of peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters in international textbook.

Dr Cindy Wang-Cowham has over seven years of industrial experience and previously worked as a HR practitioner in China and in the UK. Prior to joining Sheffield Business School, she taught on HRM and OB modules at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels and led international HRM modules in Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University. She is an Academic Member of CIPD and Fellow of HEA. She obtained her PhD degree from Manchester Metropolitan University Business School in 2007. She has published articles in journals including Human Resource Development International, The Learning Organisation, and The Journal of Technology Management in China, and co-authored book chapter on International Human Resource Management published by Cambridge University Press. She is current leading Global MBA course with Placement. Her current research interests are on, but not limited to, managing organisational/HR knowledge, contemporary development of HRM practices in Chinese firms, managing expatriates and global talent management and development. She supervises doctoral research including DBA and is especially interested in supervising students in her interested areas.
