Ronan lectures and researches in a variety of HRM and HRD subjects in Cork University Business School, UCC, Ireland. His research interests include learning and development, gigwork, and talent management.  His research has been published in outlets such as Human Resource Management JournalHuman Resource Management (US)Journal of Managerial PsychologyThe International Journal of Human Resource Management, and International Small Business Journal.  Ronan chaired the 2015 UFHRD conference in UCC.

Dr Katy Marsh-Davies is the Course Lead for the CIPD-accredited BA (Hons) Business & HRM programme within Sheffield Business School. She has over 15 years’ experience of teaching Organisational Behaviour and HRM topics in the UK and internationally, at UG & PG level. Katy is an active researcher with interests in identity, gender and flexible work. She has had work published in The Conversation, Gender, Work & Organization, and Employee Relations and has presented at the British Academy of Management on several occasions.
