‘Do it for your culture’ is a celebration evening as part of the Black History Month/Campaign, that focuses on celebrating Hallam Diversity, black activists, black students and staff that have contributed to the Sheffield community. We welcome everyone, including communities within Sheffield. This event is the beginning of the relaunch of Black History Campaign, 365 days a year. The campaign was originally for one month and had begun 4 years ago at Sheffield Hallam University, however is now expanding and this is an event not to be missed. There will be dinner,

- Professor Chris Husbands – Keynote Speaker
- Suihaymah Manzoor- Khan – Spoken word/Poetry
- Otis Mensah – Sheffield’s first poet laureate
- Jkas – Performance
- Beef – Student Rapper
