The HR Directorate has been renamed Human Resources & Organisational Development (HR & OD). The name change largely reflects what is already done in the team. Whilst nothing changes in practice and your contacts in HR & OD remain as they were, this shift allows us to emphasise the OD work done by the team.
This change follows Sally Jackson’s appointment as interim Director of HR & OD.
