Important information about the Staff Enrolment Tool in Blackboard

The Staff Enrolment Tool is currently unavailable due to issues identified during the Blackboard upgrade that took place 11-13 July 2014. Work is taking place to reinstate the tool as soon as possible. If there are any urgent staff enrolments please email (or submit your query online using the web form available in the bb-support tab in shuspace) with the following details:

  1. name and user name of staff to be enrolled
  2. the role that you wish them to be enrolled as (e.g. instructor, teaching assistant, student)
  3. the name and ID of the site that you want them to be enrolled to

Please ensure that all the above information is provided and the enrolments will be made on your behalf.

If you are wanting to enrol a test student account on your site to view your site as a student, you should now use the Student Preview mode.
