Every Blackboard site includes a link called Blackboard Help by default. This links to student Blackboard Help articles which give them support in using features of Blackboard and other related e-learning tools.

We did a review of the e-learning articles for students and determined that we had too many articles and the information students wanted the most was too hard to find.  We also looked at what e-learning queries were being reported to IT Help to ensure we have articles that answer the most common student queries.

As a result of this we have reduced the number of e-learning articles down to about 20 (from about 100!) and moved them inside the shuspace FAQ section with other student queries.  This will also mean they are searchable from shuspace as well as accessible inside of Blackboard sites.

Don’t worry though, you don’t need to change any URLs – the Blackboard Help link will automatically send students to the new series of articles.
