Faculty Leadership Team Update – Festive Wishes

Helen Best, Interim Faculty Dean.

2017 has been another busy, eventful and successful year for the Faculty of Health and Wellbeing.  We have seen many changes and challenges throughout the year and as a Faculty we have worked together well to adapt to the changing environment and pace.

The Faculty has accomplished some significant achievements, from highly acclaimed awards for some of our staff and students, to ground breaking research projects.  There are literally too many successes to list, but I would like to say a big thank you to everyone, for all your hard work throughout the year and for the contributions that you all make to the success of the faculty.

You will all have received an invitation to the Faculty Staff Christmas get together next Wednesday, 20th December 3-4.30pm in the Crescent.  There will be mulled wine, mince pies, a raffle draw and other festive games.  And don’t forget to wear your best festive woolly or outfit for a chance to win a prize in the Christmas jumper competition!  I hope that many of you will be able to join me. Sadly the Choir won’t be there to give a performance. However they will be singing on Friday 15th December, at 1pm in the HOTC Café area, so do try to go along and offer your support.

Wishing you a happy and restful break over the Christmas period.
