Our approach

The training programme is committed to a collaborative, inclusive and empowering approach, where all trainees are encouraged to actively engage and contribute. The training methodologies and approach make this project truly innovative. We have created a programme that combines specialist knowledge concerning gender violence, victimisation and policing with expertise on knowledge transfer, training and learning approaches.

We have worked with a number of key stakeholders to develop a project that is unique to the three states we are working in. Our mission is to create a programme that thoroughly engages key stakeholders in wanting to improve access to justice for women and girl victims of violence.
