Management Essentials Workshops

Developed with the aim of bringing to life our People Management Essentials Toolkit, the workshops focus primarily on building effective relationships between managers and employees in order to achieve a positive and productive working environment. They also provide the opportunity to give additional clarity on how policies translate into practice in the work environment. These workshops are aimed at managers who may be new to role, or would like to enhance or develop their ability to lead and influence individuals and teams.

These workshops will explore the role and expectations of a manager, providing introductory insight to the Leadership Ambitions Grid and how leaders at all levels can demonstrate the leadership qualities set out within it.
