On Tuesday 12 June, Sheffield Hallam Students’ Union are holding their third joint Volunteer Fair with Voluntary Action Sheffield which staff are welcome to attend. Please see the event flyer and Facebook link for more information. There will be 30 organisations in attendance who will be advertising a wide variety of roles in South Yorkshire. In particular, we have school governors attending who will be advertising the different schools in Sheffield who currently require governors. Information on how the university supports staff who volunteer to be a school governor is available on the intranet.
