Learning from Student Disputes – Issue 2

The second issue of the Learning from Student Disputes blog is now available. This blog is for all staff, and aims to provide support to deal with issues regarding student appeals and complaints. With examples from within the University and across the HE sector, this blog will enable staff to learn from the experience of colleagues and to share good practice.

This issue covers topics including communication of exemptions, student expectations of feedback and OIA guidance on compensation for distress and inconvenience, among others.

The next issue will be in April 2017, and will be advertised in eview.  Please direct any feedback to Jessica Procter in Assessment, Awards and Regulations
