The State of Trust in Election Year by Sir Nigel Knowles

Thursday 5 March – 6pm in Convocation Hall, The Octagon Centre, The University of Sheffield Followed by a drinks reception.

Sir Nigel’s lecture will be based around the findings of the second Populus report, published last year by his firm, DLA Piper, which examined the state of trust between the political class, business and the media. The report found that there were some very serious and damaging breakdowns in trust relationships between and amongst all three of these audiences.  The lecture will examine these issues and look ahead towards some possible solutions.

This event is a public lecture, free of charge and open to all.  However, places should be pre-booked online: http://www.sheffield.ac.uk/whatson/knowleslecture
