Are you feeling down, low, sad or experiencing symptoms of depression?

Do you want to take control and do something to feel better, but are unsure of how to do this?

We are looking for people to take part in a self-help bibliotherapy program, which lasts 8 weeks and gives you access to a self-help book designed to help you tackle feelings of low mood or sadness. You will receive an email each week to tell you which chapter of the book to read that week.

We will follow-up with you after you have used the self-help book for 4 weeks to see how you are getting on. We will contact you again after you have used the books for 8 weeks to see how effective the self-help book was at tackling low mood and feelings of sadness, unhappiness or feelings of depression. We will also follow-up with you again at two more time points after you have finished using the book; 1 and 6 months after the intervention is complete. Please note that those who complete all follow-up measures will be compensated with a £10 high-street shopping voucher.
