This course is for Members of University Health and Safety Committees or Safety Action Groups, who participate in these meetings as staff representatives.

- The principles of effective consultation
- How Health and Safety Committees and Safety Action Groups are organised at Sheffield Hallam University
- The functions of safety representatives.
