If you need to map a process but are not sure where to start, understand your processes better, or want to improve your skills in mapping and/or Visio, this is the course for you.
This course aims to give participants the basics in what a process map is, the benefits of mapping, how to create one, and then how to convert it into an electronic format (using MS Visio). No prior experience is required and the course mixes theory with hands-on practice.
