Jisc have published their Digital experience insights survey 2018: findings from students in UK further and higher education. The report shares the findings from their 2018 student digital experience insights survey on students expectations and experiences of technology. An at-a-glance summary of the findings is also available.
The data presented in this report was collected during the final phase (October 2017 – April 2018) of a three-year project to understand students’ expectations and experiences of technology. The report includes a detailed analysis of the data and syntheses of key themes which support an effective student digital experience. The report introduces Frankie and Harley, two illustrative student personas created by Jisc to reflect the digital experiences of students studying in further and higher education in 2018.
Jisc will be publishing the outcomes from their pilot of the staff digital experience insights survey in October.
