It’s been put together by York University in response to their staff requesting guidance in this area – for a variety of purposes, and with a variety of tools, whether mobile or not.  So, because they know it’s the kind of thing that anyone might find useful and it’s labour intensive for institutions to provide their own resource – they’ve generously made it available externally.
