Bookings go live!
It’s the 1st August and that means graduation bookings have finally opened!
As long as your course is complete and your results agreed and updated on the system, you will receive an email letting you know that you can book and how to book your graduation tickets.
You will need to book your tickets online via My Student Record, you may need to access this directly as My Hallam accounts close down once you finish your course.
Once on My Student Record, go to the My Certificates and Graduation tab, and then in the Graduation container you will see a link to book your tickets.
You may apply for up to 10 guest tickets, but only 3 are guaranteed. Any additional tickets requested will be subject to availability when online booking closes.
Booking for gowns and photography have also opened today, and you can book these through Ede and Ravenscroft, our external supplier.
You have until the 25th October 2019 to get everything booked so don’t feel like you need to rush, and if your results haven’t been finalised, do not panic.
Tickets are not allocated on a first come first serve basis; instead everyone’s tickets are allocated after the deadline date to ensure they are distributed fairly.
So, happy booking everyone! There’s only 101 days until the graduation ceremonies begin! We can’t wait!
