In June the Faculty of ACES hosted a special event for former employees of the Head Post Office, supported by Estates. More than 60 former staff members were invited into the building – now the Sheffield Institute of Arts – for an exclusive tour and afternoon tea. The feedback to the event was excellent. Many guests took the time to contact ACES to say how much they had enjoyed the day, and one guest even put pen to paper to contact the Sheffield Star to share how much she had appreciated the chance to tour her old workplace.
