Digital Technology Services are doing some network upgrade work which will affect IT services over the next two weekends.
- Friday 22nd and Friday 29th June: DTS will be upgrading the network distribution switches which will necessitate interruptions to both the wired and wireless networks in buildings across campus between 6pm and 8pm. The disruption could last up to an hour. There is also a significant risk to services on the following Saturdays as maintenance continues on the network in individual buildings. - Saturday 30 June: Work is taking place which will interrupt all Wireless networks at Sheffield Hallam University across campus throughout the day – this includes TSS, USS, guest wireless services and Eduroam.
