New feedback system for Facilities Directorate

The Facilities Directorate has launched its new look customer feedback system for students and university colleagues. Below is more information on the system – which will gather feedback from both staff and students – from FD themselves.

We’re inviting you, our customers, to give us your ‘Compliments, Comments & Complaints’ about any of our services which include Accommodation, Catering, Cleaning, Customer Services, Estates, Events, the Nursery, Maintenance, Portering, Printing, Security, Sport and Timetabling. Your feedback is important as it’s a great opportunity for us to celebrate the great work that we do as well as looking at ways on how we improve our services further to benefit our customers. The new look for the ‘Compliments, Comments & Complaints’ (CCC) scheme will be launched on the 14th March 2018. As the official customer feedback system for all FD services, the CCC scheme has been refreshed in response to the directorate receiving the ‘Customer First’ status in December 2015.
