‘The Military Human: Understanding Military Culture’ – Free CPD-accredited training
Staff from the Helena Kennedy Centre at SHU and Sheffield City Council have recently been successful in securing a grant from the Armed Forces Covenant fund. As part of this project York St John’s University is delivering training to managers, Human Resources staff and practitioners. The course delivers:
- Assistance in identifying who this client group is
- Providing an in-depth understanding of the culture of this group
- Explains services and resources available
- Deliver information about the increasing legislation surrounding this client group
- Provide a pack of resources, detailing support services and funding available for Veterans
