This survey is part of Library & Student Support Services’ ongoing commitment to maintain a continual dialogue with staff and students to inform continuous service improvement. It is part of an overall review the Library is doing this year on referencing support offered by the Library. Last month we surveyed students on referencing help and did some user experience testing (how user friendly are our online referencing help pages, can students find what they need?). We will also survey students who have attended the RefWorks workshops run by the Library in semester 1 to see if students then go on to use RefWorks and how easy they find it. We will use the findings from the different elements of the review to inform changes and improvements to referencing support offered by the Library.
The survey will run from 19th February to 4th March.
