IT for start of year teaching and learning

Digital Technology Services is currently in the process of deploying software to and completing hardware installations, replacements and upgrades for start of teaching. This is a particularly busy time of year in DTS and, while our efforts are focused on delivering what is essential for teaching and learning, along with supporting enrolment and induction of students, you may find other requests take a little longer to process. Thank you for your patience as we balance our day-to-day service around peak business needs.

To help the start of the academic year run smoothly, there will be a series of software drop in sessions at the start of September to help academic colleagues to resolve issues they have discovered while testing new and updated PC or Mac software. You will be able to log concerns, track progress and discuss the process with Senior Managers and the Campus IT Services team in DTS.  For issues not related to start of year teaching, please contact IT Help as normal.
