Nominations for the Facilities Directorate Customer Improvement Award are still open. This is an opportunity for you, our customer, to nominate a member of Facilities Directorate staff to recognise and celebrate outstanding achievement and excellent performance.
The FD Making a Difference Awards aim to recognise and celebrate outstanding achievement and excellent performance from FD staff. We aim to offer the best possible service and facilities to meet the diverse needs of our customers, and the Customer Improvement Award recognises those staff who have provided excellent service.
Entries are judged by a panel comprising of a cross-representation of FD staff. The nomination period will close on Friday 21 July.
All nominees will be invited to a shortlisting event where the shortlistees will be announced. Those shortlisted will be invited to an awards ceremony on 19 October.
