The deadline for 2017 Contribution Pay applications is confirmed as 29 September. Further information including the application form is available on the HR intranet site.
The aim of the Contribution Pay scheme is to reward individuals whose contribution, on a sustained basis, has exceeded that normally expected in their role. It also aims to reward individuals whose performance in their job has been outstanding. In both instances, applicants should be able to demonstrate high levels of competence and significant outcomes.

Please note that any manager with staff on University of Sheffield terms and conditions, applications for Exceptional Contribution Awards should also be received by 29 September.
