SCCCC (Sheffield Churches Council for Community Care) aims to provide older people with a helping hand when they need it most. Our work helps older people in their own homes and we can also support them if they are admitted to or discharged from hospital or living in a residential home.
SCCCC are holding a Ladies lunch at Piccolino Restaurant to help raise money for their cause.
Thursday 25 May, 12 – 2pm at Piccolinos, Millennium Square
