The Sheffield Clinical Commissioning Group (part of the NHS) wants to hear from specific groups of people in Sheffield about the services they use when they are feeling unwell. We are asking people who work in Sheffield City Centre to complete a survey to help us make decisions about the services that are available to people in Sheffield.
The survey can be completed online and your completion will help shape future health services in Sheffield.
