In response to students who’ve told us that they would like to be able to take a break from PCs in the library without having to log out, DTS has enabled workstation locking in the Adsetts Library. It’s now possible for students to lock PCs and leave their account safely logged in for up to 30 minutes. On locking, they will receive a reminder to save their work first.
We are looking to extend this to PCs at Collegiate and in other areas of the University in the near future.
