Continuous improvement – modular course

Do you ever wonder why we do things the way we do, look at ways you can do your own work quicker/smarter/better, see people working inefficiently and wonder why, think you could improve processes?

Then enrol on our course which consists of four separate sessions on the practical application of tools and techniques to support process improvements.

DATES:
Cohort 1: 4 x sessions (25 November 2015, 29 January 2016, 16 March, 20 April).
Cohort 2: 4 x sessions (10 February 2016, 28 April, 22 June, 27 July).

TIME: 4 x 4 hour modules running from  9am – 1pm
