All Sheffield Hallam staff can take part in the Stonewall Workplace Equality Index which is used to evaluate our initiatives, achievements and progress on LGBT equality in the workplace including policy, staff engagement and career development. It also provides an opportunity for us to compare ourselves with other organisations in the region and/or sector.
