Job Title: Service Improvement Assistant
Salary: £21,391 to £24,775 per annum dependent on experience (fixed-term for 12 months)

The Service Improvement team, within our Finance Directorate, plays a pivotal role in driving forward the services we offer across the University. The team is responsible for the co-ordination of IT, service and process improvements in the Finance Directorate and the support of the University’s finance systems. We have a strong focus on effective change management putting the greatest possible emphasis on managing stakeholders throughout the life of a project.

As a Service Improvement Assistant, your main duties will include providing first line support for the e5 finance system, Core Expenses module, SHU Cashless Card and other finance systems; designing and delivering regular stakeholder reports; analysing data gathered from University sources and undertaking general e5 admin functions on a daily basis.
